Speechless Sunday: In Spired

Friday night, we had a wonderful dinner of grilled salmon on my neighbor, Jean's, rear deck.  As we were enjoying the fish, a salad and some wonderful wine, I noticed the light from the setting sun reflecting on Washington's Grace Lutherine Chruch's stone spire, with the pink lit clouds behind it.  Ah!  Another I-Phone moment! It's a good thing I was rude enough to bring it to my hostesses dinner table!

Hi Pat -- clever post title and nice photo.  Imagine if you had been sitting inside at the dining room table you might have missed it.

Michael, or if I'd been a good dinner guest and not kept my IPhone to the right of my soup spoon I might have missed it, too!

Nice view!  Wow, I was so focused on the house I did not even see that the other day!  Or is that a view from across the street?

Hi Pat,

Good thing you were!  It's easy to have a camera with us all the time now with our cell phones these days.  I rarely take my real camera anywhere any more!
