Friday Fotos: More May Flowers

Tonight, I had dinner with blog buddy, Jeff Dowler, who is here in DC from California.  On our way to my favorite little Indian place in Tenleytown, we passed a group of old houses.  Some looked like granny houses with a little face lift needed to bring it into the 21st Centruy.  And of course, Jeff and I both whipped out our cameras and began to snap photos!  Unlike me, these beatifies are early bloomers.

Ain't spring grand?

Hi Pat... they are beautiful... EXACTLY like you!  You may not have been an early bloomer, but I suspect that you were worth the wait!  :-)

I have to admit, I only wear my bloomers early.  Later in the day too many people see them.

You should mention your favorite restaurants by name in case some of us want to give them a try.

Love the Roses Pat. Buds are still closed in New Jersey...another 10 days and they should be blooming too. Can't wait. I have a lot Angel-face roses that have the most wonderful fragrance.

Yeah, Jeff does look exactly like his picture, except taller!

Debbie, whenever I think I'm about to burn out on blogging, I'll have dinner with a blog buddy going through town and remember why I do this.

And Steve, that was so nice!  Thank you.

If you like roses, you should come visit San Diego. The roses are blooming everywhere right now. Nothing early about them since they bloom year-round here for those who take care of them.
