Any one could be the right house....buyers are going to be hard pressed in picking the right one for them as all are stellar, comfortable, nicely promoted and desireable Pat.

Steve, I'm doing the one on Maple Avenue with hopes that it will be very good to me!

Andrew, we're hoping that if they don't like one, they'll like one of the others.  Get a little synergy going here!

Barbara-Jo, we did a weather check before agreeing to hold them all open, and it's expected to get down into the 80's and partly sunny.  That's a huge improvement.

And Leesa, yes!  We like buyers!

Pat:  Good luck with the open house....what beautiful properties!  Was just in McLean visiting a friend and was amazed at the inventory.  I used to live in DC...was in the news biz in another life...the area has changed so much.  Northern Virginia has exploded since I left in 1985.  During my June visit I saw lots of large homes for sale...hope they've started to move....and your market is improving.
