Chevy Chase MD House For Sale: 7206 Maple Avenue

Chevy Chase MD House For Sale:  7206 Maple Avenue

Open Sunday, July 11th from 1 to 4 PM

Please drop by tomorrow afternoon to see this Chevy Chase classic.  Built in 1930, it has just been restored, keeping the old Nantucket charm while adding all of the 21st Century conveniences and and systems.

The four-level house is large, with 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths.  The kitchen has abundant counter space and appliances that could turn me into a decent cook.

The floor plan has a wonderful flow for formal and informal entertaining, with peaceful nooks, a dramatic sky lit loft, and room to accommodate your entire household's hobbies.  There is a super sized 2+ car garage and large rear deck.

The location is perfect, an easy walk to downtown Bethesda, Metro, and the Capitol Crescent Trail.

This beautiful home is offered for $1,945,000.

If you are planning some serious househunting in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area, I can help.  You may call or text me at 202-549-5167 or email me at housepat@mac.com.

Irene, good luck to you tomorrow!

Jeff, and this is a pretty part of the neighborhood.

Rita, it is a great combination of the two.  It's hard to believe it's a 1930's house!

Paul, the entire neighborhood has huge, mature trees - it's totally charming.

And Michelle, yeah, I do love that kitchen!

Oh, and I'm going to be sure to pack my St. Anthony statue so he can help me find the buyers for it.

Patricia ... That looks like a lovely home and buyer opportunity at the Chevy Chase classic. I'd love to see that home and neighborhood some day myself.  Best to you on your good listing.

Patricia,

Beautiful house. I noticed that you are also venturing to MD. So you all have reciprocal licenses, or you do not need it to work in MS or VA?

What a nice home, Patricia... I have such a warm place in my heart for places like this and it's been a big dream of mine to have something similar. Homes built in the 20's and 30's, especially in the Nantucket style, how charming. Like Paul (#4) I Google'd it to take a look around. I can see myself in the room with the fireplace and the built in book shelves, grand piano in the center! Best of luck on this one, it'll make an awesome home for the new owner.
