I took this picture on a gray, rainy day, with a little bit of sun poking through a cloud.  It came out looking way under-exposed and funky, so I started to play with it in I-Photo.  Here's the result.  It's the Masonic Temple in Alexandria, Virginia.

Wow, that is a pretty site! Love it! I have been to DC a few times, but I dont remember this temple, it is quite beautiful from this view though!

Patricia, this is an impressive building shown in some interesting light.  It seems to have a certain glow.

Kayla, it sits on top of a little hill in Alexandria, VA, just south of DC.  It dominates the skyline in that part of town.

Silvia, the glow comes from the photo editing program I used to mess with it.

And Hanna and Leesa, Thank you!

Hi Pat... I play with photo editing software sometimes.  It's so interesting the effects that you can create which completely change the tone of the picture!

Hey Pat,

Have you ever been inside?  It's open to the public and they give a great tour.  It's also the best view around from the top observation deck.

By the way, did you know I am a Freemason?
