This Fellow Looks a Little Bit Chilly

McLean Gardens is a large complex of garden style condominiums west of Wisconsin Avenue near the National Cathedral.  And throughout the complex, there are statues of sort of scantily clad folks who must really be ready for spring to get here!  This one sits on the corner of 39th and Newark Streets NW.

Right now, thre are only two units for sale at McLean Gardens.  While inventory is quite low right now, we expect more condos to begin coming onto the market as we get into spring.  If you are  considering a condo unit in Washington,  I'd be glad to help you find one.  Call me at 202-549-5167 or send an email to housepat@mac.com

Back when McLean Gardens was making the transition from rentals to condominiums, it got a little messy. There was an extended battle between the feisty tenants and the developers who couldn't really do the conversion without them. But with all of… more
