Downtown Living Near Food and Fun

When I first moved to Washington, there was nothing cool about downtown as a place to live.  In fact, there wasn't much to do at all other than take a bus or Metro to a downtown office.

No longer!

The area around Chinatown and the Verizon Center has come to life over the past decade.  There are not only lots of galleries, theaters, restaurants and shops, but there are some pretty amazing condo choices.

Whether you are looking for a 500 square foot pied-a-terre or a 2000 square foot penthouse, it's all down there.

Here are some samples of downtown Washington DC condos that are for sale today.
