Speaking as a Geezer Agent

I am now one of the old pros.  My real estate license is older than some of my colleagues.

Having said that, after all these years, I still remember some agents who were extremely kind, generous and helpful when I was a newbie.  And they're still in business, and I still love to sell their listings.

And there were a few who weren't so kind.  And most of them are onto their next career.

As a veteran, I have to say that I absolutely love new agent energy.  When I feel like I'm about to go into some kind of burn out shock, I pray for a good newbie to bring in a contract on one of my listings.  It's like an energy surge from the Everready Bunny!

So, to you newbies - don't let anybody intimidate you!  Suck up whatever knowledge you can from your experinced colleagues - and the good ones do share generously.
